Stan Opstad is the Senior Vice President of Product Management. Stan joined ABILITY in 2015 and is responsible for leading the growth of the company’s product portfolio.

Stan has many years of experience in the health IT industry. Before joining ABILITY, he was Vice President, Product Management, at Surgical Information Systems, where he was responsible for driving growth of various clinical systems. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President of Product Management and Strategy for Healthland and as Director of Product Management at Ingenix (now Optum), a subsidiary of UnitedHealth Group, where he was responsible for product strategy, product portfolio profit/loss and growing revenue via new products.

Stan received a BS in marketing from Minnesota State University and an MBA in strategic management from the University of Minnesota.
