  • Stay on top of your organization’s five-star rating through dynamic quality measure reporting
  • Click-through functionality allows for additional comparative perspectives and underlying information by clicking on areas of interest within your report
  • Hover over and zoom in on graphs to see specific data labels
  • Clicking on a data point within the graph opens a pop-up box allowing users to either view Patient Details or Comparison. Additional details on these reports are available below
  • Note: The 60-day hospitalization report for Medicare Non-LUPA cases is currently only available in your Report Folios tab

    Training & Help Text

    • Question marks within the report provide hover-over help text
    • Report Interpretation Guides (RIG) are available within the report by clicking the actions drop down menu
    • Training videos are available under the support tab in your myABILITY workspace
Patient Level Details for Star Measures*
  • Drill into a specific measure to see additional patient level detail on scores within each assessment.
  • See who may not or have met criteria for that measure (red, green).
  • View whether patient scores have declined, stabilized, improved (red, yellow, green).
Comparison Report*
  • Compare performance via a side-by-side analysis of quality measures by clinician, team, branch, agency-level, primary diagnosis or payer
  • Compare quality measures to agency norms
    • 5 points higher than agency norm will display green
    • 5 points lower than agency norm will display red
    • Within 5 points of agency norm displays grey
