This new portal gives you a direct connection to the ABILITY Customer Support community. With this access, you can submit and review cases 24/7, quickly interact with your ABILITY Support representative on open cases and gain visibility into all your customers’ cases in real time.
We are tailoring the Partner Community to give each of our customers the tools you need to successfully manage your communications with ABILITY. The Partner Community is in initial release, so if you haven’t yet received an invitation to set up your account, look for one in the near future.
